As iron sharpens iron,
so one person sharpens another.

 Learning about our spouses as we learn from our spouses.

We find team teaching most effective for marriage seminars. Our Kenyan couples respond to our fun loving way of getting a point across about the strains of a marriage. Sharing our own ups and downs and ins and outs of every day experiences is beneficial in that couples realize they “are not alone” and in fact are just like “everyone else”.
Finding a sense of humor in our actions and reactions smooths out a lot of bumps in the road on this journey with our mates. At days end of our sessions there is definitely more acceptance of who we are and why we are the way we are. There are bits of laughter and times of tears through repentance, forgiveness and finally restoration. We have witnessed such times over and over again!
